Aliyah L, Staff

Day Program Participant
“I like coming to the day program because I like to go on outings, snacks on Wednesday, lunch on Friday and the staff are nice to me.”
Kendra H, parent
“From the day our son Taylor started attending the Harmony House day program, we have felt like he now has a 2nd family. We are so grateful! The Administration and the entire staff have embraced him, and have done so in such a genuine way. They have encouraged him in so many ways, and have also helped with how independent he has become!”

The Heart Behind Harmony House
Grown from a single dream into a trusted community of support, Harmony House has always put people first. Every day, we show up with patience, laughter, and encouragement, helping every person thrive on their terms and at their own pace.
More than staff, our team is family. We celebrate every milestone, from learning new skills to discovering new passions, fostering lifelong independence.

Finding Common Ground
During his first few days at Harmony House, our friend AM often tried to venture into the wooded area nearby. Soon, our staff realized why he was so eager to leave—he was on a mission to find Siren Head, a fictional character he cared about deeply. Once we understood what he was looking for, we joined him on the hunt and watched the video together to turn his search into a shared adventure.
That simple act of connection changed everything. AM began spending more time in the day program, building friendships and finding joy in a new routine. Today, he pays it forward, welcoming new and potential participants with the same understanding and warmth.

Work That Means Something
More than a workplace, Harmony House is a community that supports one another like family. Every role matters, every voice is heard, and every day brings new reasons to be proud.
